Operations Assistant (Shenzhen)
Responsibilities:
- Develop a solid understanding and delivery of the e-identity card issuance and audit process
- Timely processing of new user e-id card change requests assigned from Member service in US.
- Maintain inventory of unissued cards and readers and order additional inventory as needed.
- Coordinate requests for un-issued cards to the US office.
- Prepare and send shipments using the Fed Ex and local courier web sites.
- Handle ad hoc operations/data entry tasks.
- Adhere to all Security Guidelines and personal responsibility of all security devices assigned to you.
- Act as a next in line to the Administrative Assistant and handle various office administrative tasks.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year working experience
- Strong Operations experience in the international supply chain or trading industry.
- Strong communication skills and multilingual in the following languages - English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Detail oriented and analytical with a desire to solve problems.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline/time sensitive environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
