Operations Assistant (Shenzhen)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a solid understanding and delivery of the e-identity card issuance and audit process
  • Timely processing of new user e-id card change requests assigned from Member service in US.
  • Maintain inventory of unissued cards and readers and order additional inventory as needed.
  • Coordinate requests for un-issued cards to the US office.
  • Prepare and send shipments using the Fed Ex and local courier web sites.
  • Handle ad hoc operations/data entry tasks.
  • Adhere to all Security Guidelines and personal responsibility of all security devices assigned to you.
  • Act as a next in line to the Administrative Assistant and handle various office administrative tasks.
Qualifications / Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year working experience
  • Strong Operations experience in the international supply chain or trading industry.
  • Strong communication skills and multilingual in the following languages - English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Detail oriented and analytical with a desire to solve problems.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline/time sensitive environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
