TRADECARD TO EXHIBIT AT RETAIL SYSTEMS SHOW, JUNE 10-12 IN CHICAGO

NEW YORK, May 21, 2003 - TradeCard, the leading financial supply chain services provider that connects buyers and suppliers over the Internet for paperless trade transactions, today announced its participation at the Retail Systems Show in Chicago, from June 10-12, 2003.

he Retail Systems Show is America's Leading Retail IT and Supply Chain event and TradeCard will be present to showcase its proven global trade transaction management solution to the retail world. Retail companies already benefiting from using TradeCard for global procurement and financial settlement include JC Penney, Kmart and RadioShack. TradeCard will be at booth #2538.
